S. Korean figure skater, Yelim Kim, may have hinted at surgery in a recent Instagram post. The 2023 Four Continents silver medallist appears to have struggled with back issues over the years so it wouldn’t be surprising if she decided to seek treatment for this in the off season.
She said, in the Instagram story Q & A, that she has been diagnosed with a degenerative disc and will likely have surgical treatment in hospital.
We wish Yelim all the best for a successful treatment & quick recovery, and we can’t wait to see her back competing next season!
